Is Zallixor free?
Yes, and the core of the app stays that way. Creating an account, posting, following people, messaging, Stories, Zall Clips, Pages, Communities, Groups, all free. If you want the paid extras (Zallixor Coin, gifts, the Marketplace), those are optional.
What can I do on Zallixor?
Short version: post, follow, message, and discover. You've got a home feed, Stories, short-form video (Zall Clips), Pages, Communities & Groups, and a Discover tab for finding stuff outside your feed. The full rundown is on What is Zallixor? if you want the details.
02Privacy & Data
What data does Zallixor collect?
Two buckets: what you give us directly (your profile, whatever you post, support messages) and what we pick up automatically in the background (device type, rough location, app version, usage patterns). The Privacy Policy has the full list if you want to go deeper.
Does Zallixor sell my data?
No. We don't sell users' personal information as a standalone product, full stop.
Are messages end-to-end encrypted?
Not yet. Messages sync across your devices, but they aren't end-to-end encrypted right now. Worth keeping in mind if you're sending anything sensitive.
03Safety & Moderation
Is Zallixor safe?
You choose who sees your profile: public, followers-only, or private. Block or mute anyone you want, and anything reported gets checked against our Community Standards. If you want the full picture across everything we build, that's on the Your Safety page.
How do I report content or a user?
Every post, profile, and message has a report option built right in, no need to go hunting for a form. Reports get reviewed against our Community Standards; Community Guidelines spells out what is and isn't allowed.
04Money & Age Limits
How old do I need to be to use money features?
18. Zallixor Coin, gifts, marketplace selling, and creator withdrawals all sit behind age verification. Everything social still works fine without it.
What is Zallixor Coin?
It's the in-app currency. Top it up, spend it on gifts, Marketplace purchases, or other paid features across the platform.
05Account & Assistant
How do I delete my account?
You can request it from inside the app. We'll hang onto a bit of information where the law requires it, or for security and fraud prevention, but the rest goes.
Does Zallixor have an AI assistant?
Yes, built right into the app. It's really a search tool over our own help content and your account data, so it's not a hosted AI model calling out to anyone, and it won't make things up; if it can't find an answer, it says so. That's a different product from Zallixor Mind, our upcoming AI chatbot for everyday conversations, which is still in development.

We do. Zallixor Team is based in Nigeria and builds this for people everywhere.
